Our Safety Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and implementing Kinsale’s comprehensive Safety and Health Program and evaluating projects as they progress to ensure a safe work site. Workers attend mandatory weekly safety meetings held on the job site to discuss any hazards at hand.
In addition to our required employee orientation, pre-employment, drug screen, and physical exam programs, Kinsale supervisors and most employees are cross-trained in all areas of demolition and remediation. A menu of continuing education includes health and safety courses, and certification training in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Most employees are trained at the Chicagoland Laborers’ Training Center.
Fully licensed and insured, Kinsale’s policy of insurance is rated A++XV by A.M. Best and covers each project, including environmental projects, up to $10 million.
